I have spent many years presenting seminars, tutorials and more recently online webinars about the Buy to Let business, but one of the most common questions I’m asked is ‘should I self-manage or not.

I now have an online course aimed at the more inexperienced landlords who are unsure if they have the knowledge to meet the day to day regulatory and practical responsibilities of renting in the PRS.

The consequences of getting the administrative basics wrong can be both expensive and hugely time-consuming, particularly if you need to evict a tenant, and my course sets out to clarify what this means in practice too.

The 1.5-hour course costs £39 and includes all slides presented during the course, a complete rundown of all the regulatory requirements landlords must meet, what ‘full service’ property management entails, and also the ‘head or heart’ choices landlords face.

I advise all mates now
DO NOT do it yourself.

U could go on holiday for a week, come back & the Govt could have bought in two new rules where u never getting your house back cause u din’t give tenant the new piece of paper the new rule requires.
