There’s a buzz in the air, and it’s for good reason. This week LandlordZONE reported that: “in the wave of podcasts that have come out recently, none have made quite an entrance like the newest outfit on the block, Landlord Sales Agency – The Podcast. If podcasts were a garage of minis, enter the Ferrari.”
Hosted by British television presenter, Ian Collins, and me, founder and CEO of Landlord Sales Agency, we knew from the get-go we wanted to deliver landlords the ultimate podcast, deep-diving into landlord success stories, struggles and hurdles, and debunking landlord myths along the way. After becoming a landlord myself, growing my portfolio, and immersing myself in the industry for over 20 years, it’s time I shared with other landlords exactly how I did it, and what you can do to seize the current opportunities. What’s more, the timing of the podcast is made all the more relevant by the very unique position landlords find themselves in right now, and it’s exactly why so many of you are talking about it.

In episode one, I touch on exactly why the next two months are a crucial window for landlords, and how my last two decades of living and breathing property, and co-founding the NAPB (National Association of Property Buyers), have given me the tools to know exactly what to do when it comes to buy-to-lets, and when to do it.
From walking away from the corporate ladder to pursue property to building a huge portfolio in just 5 years to growing it into a lucrative machine over the last decade, find out exactly what it took me to get there, and why after all the rewards, last year I made the decision to cash in and sell over half of the properties in my portfolio and counting. I reveal why I decided to do this, and how myself and my company, Landlord Sales Agency, can help you replicate my success.
If you’re a landlord, you’ll want to give this a listen.
