Are you a landlord who is thinking of selling up because of the rumours of a capital gains tax increase. Then, Rachel Mortimer, assistant money editor for The Times would like to speak with you.

The Times is looking to speak with landlords who plan to sell their investments ahead of any possible capital gains tax increase in the October Budget. Perhaps you were planning to sell anyway, or incoming changes to rental regulations have proven to be the last straw.

Case studies will need to be happy to be named in the feature, due to be published on Saturday 7th September.
