Simon Zutshi, founder of the property investors network, hasn’t exactly been quiet lately about what he thinks is the buying opportunity of the decade. It’s a new opportunity, a direct consequence of the current (crazy) market conditions.

Specifically, there’s a moment RIGHT NOW to take advantage of the huge trend of landlords leaving the property market.

And doing so without deposits, and without mortgages.

These win-win deals can create astounding cashflows in the short run. And there’s a bunch of upside in potential capital growth that you can cash in on too.

He recently sat down in front of the camera to talk this through further, and the result is a three-part mini-series walking you through the opportunity.

The first video is now live.

Simon introduces the landlord opportunity in the last third, but watch it all the way through to fully grasp the concept.

This is the first video in the mini-series, with the second training video dropping in a few days. So make sure you go and watch the first one as soon as you can.

This is just the first opportunity for those staying in or joining the PRS. The next will be when rental properties cannot meet EPC criteria.
But I’m still currently getting out of the sector as not only because of more and more landlord bashing regulations but the attitude of and abuse from many tenants plus abuse and treatment of my property, supposedly their “home”
