Tessa Shepperson dedicates landlord eBook to Property118

Property118.com has had an eBook dedicated to it called “A Short Guide to Being a Landlord” by regular contributor and landlord law specialist Tessa Shepperson.

The book comes free if you purchase her £17 eBook “The secrets of Assured Shorthold Tenancies and section 21” before 10am, 7th June.On page two of the free eBook Tessa comments:-

“This book grew out of a series of blog posts that I wrote for the Property118 blog (www.property118.com) in February/March/April 2011.

I was asked to write them by Mark Alexander of The MoneyCentre as we chatted while waiting for some colleagues who, we subsequently learned, were late because they had driven up the wrong motorway by mistake. So Mark and I talked and showed each other our websites, and Mark asked if I would do a series for his news blog Property 118. Which I was very happy to do.

After the series was ended, it struck me that it would make a nice little ebook, so I did a thorough overhaul, added a couple of extra chapters, and Bobs your Uncle (as they say).

So I dedicate this book to Mark and the people at the Money Centre, as without them I would never have written it.”
