I have been a landlord since 1975, believe in keeping up to date with all regulations and I am a member of the Scottish Association of landlords.

I believe in providing good quality safe accommodation and I treat my tenants with respect and respond as quickly as possible to maintenance issues.

I will consider pets and benefits tenants subject to guarantees. Most of my properties are let to D.H.S.S. I do not intend to sell any of my properties. I have three sons who will be carrying on the company. Four of my tenants have pets, a dog, 3 cats, a snake and an aquarium. All of the properties are of a very high standard, and have gas s/h, d/g, fire blankets, fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and washing machines,
