The Property Redress Scheme, a leading independent redress provider for the UK property industry, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a refreshed brand identity and a new website.
It is now called Property Redress and since its inception in 2014, it has grown significantly to represent more than 20,000 member offices.
The company has consistently worked to improve its processes and services, aiming to resolve consumer complaints efficiently.
To mark this milestone, the company has also launched a redesigned website, offering improved navigation and a streamlined complaint-logging process.
The firm’s head of redress, Sean Hooker, said: “Through hard work and investment our scheme has developed, allowing us to help thousands of agents and their customers resolve their complaints and restore relationships.
“We are proud to present a fresh, modern face for Property Redress.
“Our new branding and website reflect our growth and the progressive nature of our work.”
He added: “We’re excited about the future and what we can achieve together with our members.”
Property Redress continues to experience significant growth, attracting an average of 450 new members each month and retaining 80-85% of its existing membership.
As a core part of its mission, Property Redress says it remains committed to resolving consumer complaints efficiently.
Despite a 30% increase in complaint volumes over the past year, more than half of complaints are resolved early through mutual agreement.
The average resolution time is 30 working days.
For cases requiring a formal decision, Property Redress ensures a swift resolution within three months.
