I don’t get it. What is the point? If it could be submitted on line like PCOL it would make sense. Am I missing something?
Also I don’t really understand what they are getting at with this;
“You didn’t tell the defendant that the agreement was likely to change”

Monty is quite correct. It is not an online procedure: you can fill in the form online
but then you have to print and post it. There is no discounted fee either.
