New ‘Good Landlording’ podcast – out now
A new podcast has been launched to help landlords stay up to date with what’s happening in our industry.
It’s different from other property podcasts in that it is more focused on practical tips to help landlords start, grow and thrive as property investors.
This includes legal advice, first hand experiences and where to go when things go wrong. The podcast comes out every Wednesday and is available on all the big podcast channels such as Apple, Spotify and more.
It’s hosted by Suzanne Smith of the Independent Landlord blog and Richard Jackson, the founder of Alphaletz. Both have extensive first hand experience of being landlords themselves and a vast following of landlords on their own sites.
