No don't contact the other buyers, the auction house has breached GDPR legislation. Not sure how this would impact you directly however but better safe than sorry.

Dangerous cladding freeholders arguments?

As I understand it the Government at the time were warned that these materials were unsuitable and that the current building regs around them was inadequate but the government did nothing.

Then Grenfell happened, the current government is taking a lot of flack over this and coupled with the Brexit circus are just trying to garner favour with the electorate, that's not to say action isn't required it is but at whose cost, the tax payers it would seem.... Read More

Again hard to prove unless they did autopsy which is highly unlikely and even if the judge did award it would be a very small amount. Claim for the breach of deposit registration as this is a given that some form of compo will be awarded.... Read More

very unlikely she will get anything for the pets as very hard to prove they died due to conditions in the flat, she can however make a claim against the landlord for not registering the deposit and the judge can award up to 3 x the deposit plus the return of the original deposit.... Read More
