I have been letting and managing residential property in Oxford for over 10 years. We currently have 360 properties under management ranging from North Oxford town houses at over 11k per month to one bed East Oxford flats at 600 per month.
We manage about 160 student HMOs and were recently voted the best student letting agency in the UK at the Sunday Times awards. Our USP is Ethical Letting, and we have been fortunate to attract both landlords and tenants who subscribe to the notion.
I have enjoyed interacting on the Property118 site as the one certainty in this game is that there is always something to learn!
