The ARLA Landlord Expo in Manchester on Thursday 28th July presents another ideal opportunity for Property118 readers to meet each other.

Cllr. James Fraser, an avid campaigner for “Axe The #TenantTax” and regular contributor to Property118 forums will be attending to represent Property118 Action Group.

Please pop along to the ARLA stand and look for our banners. James will either be handing out leaflets or sitting at his laptop signing up new members. All the team at ARLA know who he is so feel free to ask any of them to introduce him.

The Manchester Landlord Expo will deliver a programme full of legislative updates, key topics concerning Landlords and Agents.

The aim of the Expo is to improve the private rented sector by helping Landlords and Letting Agents stay up to date with all the changes in current legislation such as Section 21, Right to Rent Changes and much more.

Key highlights are:
