I had the pleasure of meeting Sophie Lydia-Smith at the launch of Cotswold Barristers new Chambers last year. Unlike stereotypical beauty Queens who campaign for world peace, Miss Cheltenham has agreed to help promote the e-petition to Government on restricting finance cost relief for individual landlords. Sophie is a building surveyor, her boyfriend is a landlord and property developer and they live and breath property. She’s a winner of ‘Come Dine With Me’ and recently won a Miss England publicity Queen award.
If she becomes Miss England she could give private landlords even more positive publicity so please vote for her and post a comment confirming that you have done so.
