Leicester Landlord ExpoThe ARLA Landlord Expo in Leicester on 19th July presents another ideal opportunity for Property118 readers to meet each other.

The Leicester Landlord Expo will be hosted by the Association Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and will deliver a programme full of legislative updates, key topics concerning Landlords and Agents.

The aim of the Expo is to improve the private rented sector by helping Landlords and Letting Agents stay up to date with all the changes in current legislation such as Section 21, Right to Rent Changes and much more.

Key highlights are:

  • Can you afford to be a Landlord with current tax changes? – Are the changes effecting you? Attend this seminar to ensure you are up to date with all the current changes.
