Learn about the Trecaccel v. Rouncefield case

The case of Trecarrel v. Roucefield is one of the most significant cases this year. It is the case where the Court of Appeal held that failure to serve the Gas Safety Certificate on tenants before they move in is not fatal to a subsequent claim for possession under section 21.

if you want to find out more about the case and its significance, sign up to the next in the Landlord Law Legal Cases series.  These webinars look at a single case with one of the barristers in the case – for the Trecarrel case this is Justin Bates who acted for the landlord.

The Landlord Law Legal Cases webinars are being used to fundraise for charity – in this case Crisis UK. so net tickets sales (ie after VAT and the bank charges) will be donated. Tickets cost £12 and will also allow you to view the replay.

This is a great way to learn more about the Trecarrel case and at the same time  help make a difference.

The webinar will take place at 10.30 am on Wednesday 24 June – make sure you input your email correctly as the system will send emails with links for you to access the webinar and also the replay later.
