LANDLORDS - Section 24 Tax Is OptionalIf you don’t want to pay more tax as a result of Section 24 of the Finance (No.2) Act 2015, which restricts mortgage interest relief for individual landlords, you don’t have to. In the vast majority of cases it is optional, but only if you take positive action!
