HMRC CONFIRMS you do not have to refinance all your properties when you incorporate your portfolio into a Limited Company.

No but it might change your opinion of the Green Party - AKA "the Melons" on account of them being green on the outside and red on the inside amongst other reasons! LOL 😀

Ok, take the point, I havn't followed them that closely I have to admit, but the point I was making was that if so little support is given by any government for the situation, as by now well rehearsed, that some of us find ourselves in owing to their policies then how can they expect our support back and if we don't matter then fair enough, maybe we should form our own party LOL
