The personal finance reporter for the Telegraph, Alexa Phillips, is looking to talk to landlords who have been dealing with rent arrears to help build an article.
Alexa and the Telegraph team are interested in speaking to Property118 landlords who have made claims on their rent guarantee insurance or who did not get insurance and are now out of pocket.
