Starting on 7 August 2023 – Landlord Law will be running a new 20-part FREE email series to bring you up to date with the law.

If you sign up, you will get two emails a week – on Mondays and Thursdays.  Each email will contain:

• A brief introduction to the email topic law and practice
• Proposals for reform (if any)
• Quick tips and practice points
• How to find out more

Topics to be covered will include:

• Background law
• Issues regarding the condition of the property
• Shared properties and HMOs,
• Tenancy agreements
• Rent arrears issues and
• Eviction

There will also be an associated Resources Page which will provide links to all the resources referred to in the emails.  Plus, there may be a few special offers!
