The senior personal finance reporter for the Telegraph, Rachel Mortimer, is looking to speak to Scottish landlords and holiday homeowners who are being forced to sell up by rule and regulation changes in Scotland.

Is your model no longer viable?

Do you feel like you are being punished for running a business?

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t rent out a residential property in Scotland; I’ve considered it in the past but wouldn’t consider it now because of the rent controls and whatever else the SNP might do to target residential property.

On regulation changes making it harder to rent holiday homes, does anybody know what measures the Scottish government is taking to stop people buying holiday homes in Scotland, or make it more difficult? And do these regulations apply to people in the Glasgow area who have holiday homes on Arran?
