I have been a landlord since 1989 and as a family run business we are able to offer a personal service.
If a problem occurs it is resolved promptly and effectively. We have a selection of properties to let from single rooms in an HMO up to 5-bed executive homes, in and around the Taunton area.
Naturally,all our properties comply with current regulations, and are of a very good standard. Over the years we have received compliments from tenants, agents and others in the business. We would consider ourselves to be ‘good landlords’.
