To be honest I’d rent to tenants on benefits if , the council paid me directly which , they did years ago and paid the going rate which has risen due to interest rate rises but they don’t in Wales...

I agree , so many landlords are leaving the buy to let market , even in Wales a lot are selling up So many rights for tenants but less and less for landlords .
