Supermarkets are you joking they are corporates they will be allowed to raise prices as much as they want. Just like banks can raise interest rates we can't challenge that in tribunal can we? Just pay up and shut up.

So sounds like that the next thing would be if the tenant doesn't pass affordability test landlord can't refuse guarantee from local authority and obviously they won't pay up without taking them to court which will cost even more.to evict...
