I have 4 flats and all my tenants have no issues with maintenance work being done in their absence. Do you have a particularly awkward one?

I use a similar scheme in Plymouth The council however takes over full management of the property and pays full market rent. Ive leased the property to them for 3yrs. 2yrs in and ive had no issues whatsoever.

7% yield from an HMO. Must be a bloody small one. I would not operate any HMO on just 7% yield. My SFD's yield more than 7% with practically zero management issues.

Try Plymouth. I have 3 ex local authority flats valued around 85k each. I get £700 a month for each of them. Seems to be significantly better returns than these recommended places?
