Hopefully my roof, will generate about 3600kwh a year and I’m guessing 90% will go back to grid. I don’t have a battery.

Beaver, £4600 was cost of installation including inverter and scaffolding. 450w panels. SEG Export is going to Tenant and being passed on.

I get the SEG export payment back from the tenant, the tenant gets as much energy they can use during the day, so we both benefit from Solar. I don’t have a battery.

Aren’t identified landlords all ready on a number of government databases already? I can think of HMRC, ICO, Council tax and council selective licenses. Any more ?
