Reading her previous, much exaggerated, CV I am amazed that she feels that she is qualified for the position she is in. It would seem that she has blatantly lied on her CV as revealed on her LinkedIn report which...

And is there any truth in comments I have read elsewhere suggesting that the Government are paying for illegals / boat people/etc. to stay in hotels/hostels etc. £125 per night ! (£875 per week/£3,750 per month !!) please tell me...
Hi David, I do understand the implied obligation we landlords have regarding tenants possessions. My response was therefore a little tongue-in-cheek. However, IF I was in that situation - Loss of rental income, unpaid rent , midnight flit, no forwarding...
Surely, under the circumstances you describe, rubbish is rubbish and not actually 'possessions' in the accepted meaning of the word.. I would have been inclined to leave it out - bit by bit - for the binman. And, perhaps leave...
Surely the number one reason for so many homeless is the uncontrolled number of immigrants entering this country. Labours plan for building a million plus homes, during the present government, might just house those immigrants that enter our country during...

The court system in this country is a Joke. I eventually managed to evict a tenant. The house was a mess. Illegal wiring of multiple power points General damage and filth everywhere. I pursued the arears using the 'My Money'...
Having renovated, rebuilt, and restored a number of properties over the years and been a landlord for the past 20 years I'd like to add my comments on the situation Joe finds himself in. Joe, I think you have only...
I agree with the two previous comments. Let the Bailiffs do their job. If the tenant has not been able or unwilling to pay the rent and you have been through the legal process correctly. Accept this, do all the...
It would seem that we have a variety of suggestions most of which seem valid. However it is about time the OP (Matt) offered some more detail and clarification regarding the situation.
What an absolute mess this country, our country ?, is in. I can't see an end to the housing shortage problem. Tens of Millions of pounds being spent every day to provide temporary accommodation. Would this not be better spent...
Be sure the agent is up to the task. Double check what they are doing for you, and never forget that you, the landlord, are ultimately responsible for any and all errors regarding the documentation and compliance etc. etc...

Hi Maz, Being a landlord is difficult enough now days. For a first time landlord you would be best advised to get yourself informed on ALL the legal requirements BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. I agree with some...
