Just make sure they don’t die, get dementia or are so aggressive and threatening that even the Krays would right off the arrears. Yes been there got the T-shirt and no longer rent out homes to tenants .

Well it may not happen. In any event it’s not that much - and can all be passed onto the tenants. So it’s an actually a good thing for the industry to be treated like other earners.
