By profession I am a block managing agent, but I have been building a portfolio of Buy to Lets as my pension for the past twenty years. It is quite large and diverse now, ranging from luxurious flats in Notting Hill to first time rentals on the South Coast in a university town.

I would hate to think my tenants were living in poor conditions and every letting agent I work with knows that I would prefer to take a slightly lower rent for a good quality tenant.

What Mark Alexander has done for property professionals is outstanding and I congratulate him on his achievements. I have learned so much and I hope I have imparted some helpful information to other property owner’s queries
