I am Landlord based in Bedfordshire, with a small portfolio of properties throughout the Midlands. My intention has always been to provide properties that I would be happy to live in myself, this is of high importance to me because – yes I have previously been a tenant !

My most recent property had to be extensively renovated and my builders catch-phrase became ‘Angela you are too high’ meaning the level of finish and contents were higher than was necessary for a rental property, but in my experience quality properties attract a higher caliber of tenant.

I have experience in renting to both professionals and students and currently manage properties in both categories. I am a firm supporter of the aims of the Good Landlords campaign and will always endeavor to be the best landlord I can and hope the perception by the general public and politicians that all landlords are villains will change.

The PRS needs Good Landlords in order to flourish and be recognised for the value it brings to our society !!
