“My wife and I bought a number of properties as an alternative form of pension, we manage them ourselves with the help of our son, we try hard to be a good landlord, and most of our tenants respect this, unfortunately we have had some bad tenants who do not deserve a good landlord or to live in a nice property, this sours the whole enterprise.”
