Accountants are on their knees

Accountants are on their knees

For the last few months Accountants have been focused on filing tax returns for their clients. It’s an annual sacrifice this profession makes, trading long hours and family time for mountains of paperwork and HMRC portals.

Imagine feeling physically and mentally depleted and instead of being thanked for your hard work, your efforts are met with disbelief and misery at the news you’ve had to deliver.

This is the theme that we are hearing from Accountants that have been asking for our support.

The full effects of Section 24 are showing themselves in ugly glory as interest rates rise. Some landlords are even considering selling their rental properties as their tax bill increases to unrecognisable levels, leaving them questioning long-term viability.

I am currently working with one Accountant who, with my help, has been able to demonstrate savings of over £9,000 per annum to one of their clients, on their small rental property portfolio. This Accountant has been able to go from bad news messenger to money-saving hero and within three years our common client will have saved tax equal to a new family car!

I would like to help as many Accountants as possible to lighten the burden of being the misery messenger in future years. If you’re an Accountant and would like to discuss how we might help your clients, then please CLICK HERE to book a short session with me.

If you are one of our community and want to share the love for your accountant (after all it is February!) then why not invite them to subscribe to our newsfeed, or if you are you’d like to book a consultation with me and bring your Accountant with you to a Zoom meeting, then you can do that by clicking Here

I look forward to hearing from you.

All the best
