Together with my wife I run a small portfolio of 6 houses (3 of which are student lettings close to Sheffield Hallam University).
We have been in the rental business for the past 18 years, prior to which I was self employed as a Business Consultant.
All our properties are well maintained courtesy of a group of excellent craftsmen built up over the years.
