What’s rental demand like in your town?

One of my employees is very worried at the moment as her landlord has severed notice to move back into the property and my employee can’t find another to rent in the part of the city she wants to live.

The bulk of my portfolio is in Norwich.  Rental demand for 3 and 4 bed houses is massive. 

My portfolio is fully occupied.  One 4 bed property I’ve recently refurbished was advertised on Rightmove earlier this month for £725.  I was overwhelmed with enquiries and a bidding war between tenants ensued.  I eventually had my pick of tenants and rented the property for £770 pcm.
