A flagship housing conference bringing together industry experts and policymakers on key issues facing the private rented sector is selling fast.

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) UK Housing Conference in Liverpool on 5th November aims to support landlords and letting agents by providing opportunities to hear directly from industry leaders and discover tools and strategies to stay compliant and competitive.

The agenda will cover the Renters’ Rights Bill, including a Q&A session with Paul Shamplina, founder of Landlord Action, as well as mini-seminars on topics such as Making Tax Digital and pets in rental properties.

An opportunity to connect with sector leaders

Ben Beadle, chief executive of the National Residential Landlords Association, said: “This conference is about broadening horizons and giving landlords new and old the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive in emerging markets.

“It’s also an opportunity to connect with sector leaders, learn best practice, and explore where the future lies for private renting.”

Guests will be able to engage directly with experts during a one-day programme packed with seminars and talks on popular topics, including boosting EPC ratings, navigating legal reforms and housing policy changes, and investment opportunities in the UK housing market, featuring insights from Zoopla’s chief executive Richard Donnell.

Hosted by broadcaster and journalist Steph McGovern at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, the event is not to be missed. Tickets for NRLA members start at £174.00, with non-members costing £264.
