- HMO Property Deal of the Year (6 or less rooms)
- HMO Property Deal of the Year (over 6 rooms)
- Sustainable Property Developer of the Year
- Sustainable Property Development Deal of the Year (£1 million or below)
- Sustainable Property Development of the Year (above £1 million)
- Commercial Developer of the Year (£1 million or below)
- Commercial Developer of the Year (above £1 million)
- Commercial Development of the Year (£1 million or below)
- Commercial Development of the Year (above £1 million)
Please note, nominations should only be submitted for deals completed between 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2023.
