The website served over 11 million user sessions in 2017 and both the Newsletters and the Forums are funded entirely by donations and sponsorships from members. Commercial aspects of the business include landlord tax planning and various affiliate verticals including property letting and management, landlord insurance and mortgage brokerage services to arrange all forms of residential and buy-to-let mortgages as well as commercial and development finance. Membership is free.”
