We generally prefer not to get involved in other peoples disputes. From time to time we do report a variety of incidents as News but usually only after a trial at a Court of Law.

Where people or business names are mentioned in comments referencing complaints, disputes or a discussion about the ethics of a method of business we reserve the right to remove content.

Why do we take this stance?

Case law regarding internet defamation and libel is not yet fully formed. This article outlines a variety of cases which have been tested in law and subsequent comments reveal a variety of opinions based upon untried scenario’s.
