What should property investors be doing before the Budget?
by Simon Zutshi
After more than 30 years investing in property, I’ve learnt that periods of uncertainty often create some of the biggest opportunities.
But only if you’re informed and prepared.
With the Budget approaching, there’s already plenty of speculation about what could be coming and what it might mean for property investors and landlords.
That’s why, on Friday 4th September, I’m bringing together some of the UK’s leading property experts for our Virtual Property Exhibition, a completely free, full-day online event.
One of the most timely sessions will come from Mark Barrett of Property Tax Advice Ltd, who will be looking at the tax changes currently being proposed or anticipated, what he believes is most likely to be included in the Budget, the potential implications for property investors and landlords, and what you should be thinking about or preparing for now.
Mark will be joined by experts from across the property and wealth industry, including:
- Daniel Hill, Founder, Property Entrepreneur
- Stuart Scott, Director, Co-Living Spaces
- Guillaume Black, Co-Founder & CEO, Property Filter
- Anthony Bailey-Grice, Managing Director, Landlords National Property Group (LNPG)
- Kevin Whelan, WealthBuilders
And I’ll also be sharing my own insights from more than 30 years as a property investor and founder of property investors network (pin).
What makes the Virtual Property Exhibition different is that this is not a day of sales presentations.
We have a strict no sales pitches policy because I want the focus to be on giving you genuinely valuable property education.
Each expert will deliver 30 minutes of focused content followed by a 15-minute live Q&A, so you’ll also have the opportunity to put your questions directly to them.
Property is changing, and there are likely to be more changes ahead.
You can’t control what happens in the Budget, but you can make sure you’re informed, prepared and ready to recognise the opportunities that change may create.
Join me on Friday 4th September, from 9:15am to 5:30pm, live online.
The Virtual Property Exhibition is completely FREE to attend.
