This is a really helpful summary Ranjan. I’m really enjoying your insights and perspective on this really challenging market!
I have a question in relation to a point touched upon in this video. I have a BTL property which I have had for 2 years now. But my circumstances have changed and I now need to move into the property. Can anyone advise me as to whether i am entitled to do so (obviously providing notification to the lender..).
But what are the ramifications of me doing so? Can they bank force me to sell the property? Or am I allowed to do this? And under what circumstances? Thanks in advance.
