Following the Government role out of Universal Credit, which replaced many existing social security benefits (including housing), Caridon Landlord Solutions has been helping landlords to prepare for the changes.
The challenges that both landlords and tenants have faced during the transition have been numerous, which is why Caridon Landlord Solutions was set up, helping to resolve complex issues, advice and support. On 28th May, I will join the RLA webinar and provide a clear explanation of what Universal Credit is, how it has replaced the previous benefits system and the challenges that landlords have and to face with the migration over to UC.
I will provide support and guidance on a range of issues from non-payment of rent and historical debt collection, to tenant disputes and how to apply for Alternative Payment Arrangements.
