  1. Whenever you send an invoice add the following text at the footer “if you are happy with our service please leave us a Testimonial on Property118.com”
  2. email existing clients and suppliers, for example, a letting agent could ask for testimonials from landlords, tenants and all contractors
  3. add an email footer saying “please leave us a Testimonial on Property118.com”
  4. Ask your staff to request testimonials via their social networks, e.g. Twitter and Facebook
  5. Text your existing customers
  6. Telephone your existing clients, this is an excellent lead in to a new sales conversation
