With lockdown in its third week, and the likelihood that it is being extended further we are going to have to adapt. A new world will emerge from this crisis, but are we all ready for it?

I’ve recently recorded (it’s being edited) a YouTube video on “getting back to business – in the new world”, because which ever way we look at this the world we get back to, will never be the same.

Large companies have been forced into a virtual way of working, which will make any savvy CEO think why do I need big offices and over heads?

The same is being said on how we engage with each other. There will never be a substitute for a personal face to face ‘break bread together’ types of meetings, but with zoom, FaceTime, Whatsapp all being far more socially acceptable, we enter a new way to use these platforms.

The shifting changes will have many effects on the property market and so I’ve decided to take the Norfolk Property Network online.

On the 15th April I’ll be joined by John Corey and we will talk about our views on what effects this crisis will have on the market. After a short presentation we will open up to a Q&A.
