This is a Joke - Judges rule EPC served?

It was Anthony Gold Solicitors who won the case. Although this was a case based on a Gas Safety Certificate, it will apply for an EPC also. This is a Joke - Judges rule EPC served?

Hi Michael, please don't worry, there was indeed a landmark case called Trecarrell - v - Rouncefield which ruled in the Landlord's favour. It's best to keep records going back 20 years (obviously if you've been in this business that length of time), as 20 years is the length of time the HMRC can investigate backwards.... Read More
