For what seemed to be a good idea several years ago I bought properties either as a sole trader or in conjunction with family members or within a limited company. It was with a certain amount of trepidation that I approached Mark for advice on the incorporation process. I felt duty bound to make him aware that this, for me, was far from a straight forward arrangement. For what in the past had seemed a sensible arrangement, I had included family members on the title deeds of various properties. Naturally these partners raised concerns but their questions ranged from highly technical, highly speculative, some totally irrelevant and some just plain stupid. All these questions were sent to Mark and to his credit he replied within hours with sensible informative answers. The breadth of his knowledge is truly impressive. It now transpires that most of these questions were just a smoke screen to their objection to the required changes.
