Am I breaching Let to buy conditions?

Thank you for your replies.
My mortgage offer merely states that neither my wife and I or family members live in the former main residence.
If I leave property unoccupied,do not physically stay overnight but now choose not to rent it out, ( property is a flat which we may need one day) can I be considered in breach of mortgage conditions,particular as i will have a new residential address which will be our new permanent home.... 4 week eviction ban extension and 6 month minimum notice period

Am I to assume that any existing section 21 notice is no longer valid and that a new notice period of 6 months is now mandatory,apart anti social tenants and those badly in arrears?

Any opinions would be much appreciated.

A blanket eviction ban extension is unacceptable

So can anyone confirm that my section21 filed back ,pre covid in March, will be ignored and I will now have to file again with a new 6 month notice.
Don't think my very understanding buyer will wait much longer and this is very bad news!!... Read More
