What on earth is Britain coming to? Touchstone are LPA Receivers based, I believe, in Bath. I have had the unfortunate experience (over now thank god) of falling into their clutches. A group of people less interested in landlords well being I cannot imagine, so I assume the members who voted for him had no information about them. I think Osborne, Corbyn and the likes would be more suitable! My decision to leave those organisations as they either had no teeth or are unable/unwilling to use them is fully justified, I have no wish to contribute to the salaries of such people. Looking for help with MX appointing receivers?

I have a court claim for repossession of several flats re BTL mortgages which are interest only trackers. The booklet says for Lifetime mortgages but they are for a fixed period. Is this a point on which we can get the claims thrown out? I have mortgages which were taken out with Kensington, does anyone have any experience of them?... Read More
