Eviction order and one way ticket to Greece?

Hello, I have been writing about a nightmare tenant and I received many useful advice. This terrible family moved most of their belongings on the last day of the possession order on the 26th at around 9pm left the keys to the next door neighbor and told her they will come back and take their 2 huge sofas, dining chairs table, wardrobe, insulin for their kid, lots of other bits. Since then I have been in touch with her various times as usual she has been lying ie sending a skip man to take it , her father in law coming etc. Still no action taken. Any idea what is she playing at? What should I do please? Do you think even though she handed over the keys to the next door neighbor and I went in took the keys, video the time and condition and inventory done. Do you think she may come back to say she has not moved out and take me to court for illegal eviction? Is that what she is doing? Could anyone suggest anything please?

Also I am sorry that your tenant left for Greece without giving you the keys , in your situation I would go for the county court bailiffs and have all possibilities eliminated. Just spend a few hundreds as you can not go to high court bailiffs even if want to spend 1k plus if the judge did not give you the option. In my case the rude judge denied me the opinion and would not even address me when talking about a matter which I was a victim of.... Read More

If your tenant is working, each month an amount of money given to you from his salary. I heard it’s small amounts. It’s best to not get caught first place, a knight mare otherwise.... Read More

She has just been abusing a minute ago. I asked whether she is taking her furniture or not she requested to deal as civil as possible! Beyond belief. This is the woman who has not said one word which is the truth. Her initials are R H. So watch out for this woman. Has 3 young kids, bad teeth and her husband works as a delivery driver and her mum whom arranged her fraud with her works as a nurse, yes as a nurse in a hospital. They are from Surrey. To be honest with you, no one with their right mind would give their 500k property to these people. So you should be fine. Obviously I was stunned. I have been reading recently about the circumstances which leads people to become victim of fraud. It happens when you are vulnerable. In my case also council staff misled me by confirming her rent will be paid by benefits but failed to mention that she has to apply in her own time to a completely different borough council. They made me believe that they will pay.... Read More

Thank god she has left. Have not checked if she broken the white goods but left a blocked, blacken toilet and extensive damage every single corner. Not to mention she left lots of skip furniture dumping them for me to deal with. Nasty piece of so and so. Yes, after I argued that she was abusing me and even if my goods removed police agreed to take an action. This is Surrey police they normally deal with issues swiftly. But luckily I did not have to go down that route.... Read More
