Hi

I have been in the property game for 13 years and that's a new one to me.

Naturally their is things you need to and should disclose, but suicide of a previous tenant isn't one, or well, on that I have heard of.

Cheap BTL needs Housing Association?

I most housing associations wouldn't be interested in renting directly, and you'll will only get the council interested, however they will not pay guaranteed rent and will place in tenants who have problems, but will not insure or compensate if and when the tenants trash the place and/or get into arrears.

My company has contracts all over England for guaranteed rent.
