Can the loft conversion still be used as a bedroom?

I would agree with smartermind. Should you ever wish to sell that may become a difficulty. Plus, you don’t know if it’s structurally safe regarding joists and whether or not doors, stairs, windows etc are up to code. Better to get building control involved.... Read More
