Government promote focus on housing in reshuffle

This empty rhetoric of a new housing ministry is of no use. Tories will use housing crisis as a pretext to enrich their Tax Heaven chronies even further.
In the end nothing will change till next election. Tories have truly proved to be the party of 1% by attacking their biggest supporters (The Private Landlords who are generally higher middle class). If they had support of 1 million landlords, they would not have needed any DUP's and would have won majority on their own. Removing George Osborne is not enough. They have to reverse his policies of attacking landlords as well. Till this govt does not removes S24, Landlords will not vote for them. They will either vote Labour or Liberitarian/Libdems or just abstain. Result will be loss of power for Tories. They have mis-treated the higher middle class. Lower middle class never votes for Tories anyways. Over confident and Power Intoxicated Tories are sure to lose power. God help private landlords.... Read More

Jeremy Corbyn wants to scrap 'No Fault' evictions in England and Wales

The corrupt Power hungry Corbyn is Complicit with Tories on Clause 24. He has been ignoring clause 24 for two years and raised the Universal Credit issue only in PMQ's as it gets him votes. He is encouraging Rogue Tenants. He just wants to give his voters (including Rogue Tenants) unlimited tenancies. Why is he not talking about clause 24 or Rent Payment history of tenants or Inflation adjusted rent increases in Tenancies or Cap on rent payments etc. Come on Mr Epitome of Honesty, Where are your morals now ? I guess the old man has become impatient and selling morals to become PM ASAP. God help the private landlords whom everybody is demonising and abusing.... Read More

Landlords - Tell the Chancellor what should be done before the Autumn Budget

HI Team

Here is the impact of Tenant Tax (Clause 24) clearly visible. (Homelessness and Genocide of poor and sick).
It is causing Homelessness in London and will cause homelessness everywhere else in the country soon.
See link Below.( Or Search google for "Evening Standard Surge in rough sleeping on Tube".)

https://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/surge-in-rough-sleeping-on-london-night-tubes-and-buses-a3621811.html

When the winter comes, the homeless people will start to die of cold just like sick people are dying of NHS cuts. The tory Government (Corrupt Politicians) who are handing tax money to their crony builders (by promoting Help to Buy) and extorting Landlords using Tenant Tax will be responsible for Genocide due to homelessness in cold weather just like they are responsible for Genocide of sick by NHS cuts. They are promoting Big Corporate Landlords just like NHS privatisation. This is prima-facie and clear-cut case of immoral and corrupt actions in high places.

God knows what Serious Fraud Office and Labour Party are doing about it. (probably labour is complicit).

May God will help Landlords, homeless and sick in the coming times.

This crime will never pay those who are committing it.... Read More

Our own report sent to new high level review of the Private Rental Sector

Reply to the comment left by "Dr Rosalind Beck" at "29/03/2017 - 12:55":

Hello Dr Rosalind Beck

Sorry to disturb you.

I had contacted the european competition commission in regards to Clause 24 as it gives an unfair tax advantage to corporate landlords and hurts individual landlords badly.

They have come back to me after almost a year and I wanted your help in taking this application further. Please can you send me your contact details.

I have already forwarded them “The ROS Report” but I think the case is at critical point and it can help our cause.

I have sent similar emails to others (chris cooper and steve bolten) and waiting their response on this.

I can be reached at bhratkapur_bel@hotmail.com.

Thanks
